Option 1: Book it Yourself

If you are looking to book your own adventure, we offer hundreds of online articles and resources to help you plan. You will find complete itineraries, guides to National Parks and specific recomendations for different destinations. If you aren’t sure where to start, I recommend exploring our TRAVEL PLANNING PAGES and joining our newsletter.

Option 2: Get Expert Advice with a Travel Consultation or Coaching Session

Our travel coaching and consultation sessions offer expert advice on destinations and travel in general, I can help you design your next itinerary, help you set your own travel goals and create more meaningful travel experiences.

This level of planning keeps you in the drivers seat but gives you all the tools, links and know-how to plan your own trip or create a life of adventure.

I offer suggestions on your itinerary, tips on the best hidden spots, resources to help you plan, and tools to help you make your trip more meaningful.

Here’s how it works:

• Choose a session type from the list below.
• Schedule a complimentary call with me. This call is 15 minutes to get the conversation started. Be prepared with an overview of your travel or coaching needs.
• Pay the Coaching or Consulting Fee.
• Meet with me on Zoom or over the phone for your 40 minute travel coaching or consulting session. During this time we will dive into your travel plans and needs.
• Receive a follow-up document with suggestions, links, itineraries or other resources discussed during your consultation call.

Adventure Travel Coaching Session - 40 minutes - $180

Are you passionate about travel but are struggling to launch your next trip?  Are you feeling unfullfilled by your travel experiences?  Do you need help navigating a family trip?  Travel coaching helps you address your own goals, set expectations, explore your budget and make each travel experience more meaningful.

Think of it as life coaching for travel!

National Parks Coaching - 40 minutes - $220 - $180

Visiting US National Parks can be incredibly challenging - from timed entry and closed roads to traffic and an overwhelming amount of activities to choose from, we'll provide insight and suggestions to avoid hastles and make the most of your time. 

After talking, I'll provide a list of suggestions and if appropriate a possible itinerary and next step that you can use to plan your vacation.

World Travel Coaching - 40 minutes - $220 $180

Are you planning a trip to a far away country, or perhaps you are trying to put together an itinerary for multiple coutries.  Our world travel consultation will provide insight into destinations around the world and resources for helping you to plan your visit.

Chasing ADVNTR Travel knows the travel industry well and can help you choose the best hotels, tours, and activities.  Depending on your travel plans Chasing ADVNTR will provide you with an intinerary and links to book your trip.  I can also help you directly book all or some of your next vacation.

Other Travel Consulting or Coaching - $220 $180

Option 3: Get our Full Travel Agent Services

Let us book your next adventure for you! Our Travel Agent Service will take you from travel idea, to a fully booked vacation. Below is the general format, but when you book through Chasing ADVNTR, we are commited to fully supporting your travel planning and booking.

Here’s how it works:

• Book a complimentary 10 minute phone call to discuss your travel preferences, budget, and questions. If you decide to move forward, Chasing ADVNTR with take it from here and start researching your trip.
• We will dig deep into the research based on your travel ideas, budget and plan.
• We’ll meet again to discuss the proposed itinerary and plan. You have complete control over the whole process but Chasing ADVNTR will be doing all heavy lifting. Our goal is to make this process as easy and fun as possible. Once you feel comfortable, Chasing ADVNTR will take care of booking your vacation.
• Pack your bags and enjoy your trip! Chasing ADVNTR will be on hand to make sure things go smoothly.

*Please note that for some trip types (specifically multi-destination and complex trip plans there is an additional fee.

Option 4: Special Situations

While the 3 options above cover most travel experiences, there are some special circumstances that require specialized travel planning.

Group Expeditions: planning a large group trip can be exceptionally complicated. Let us take care of the logistics. There is a $40 fee/person for booking group expeditions. This fee will be fully applied to your travel when you book through Chasing ADVNTR.

Wedding and Event Trips: Whether you are booking a destination wedding or corporate event, we can help you with the logistics. There is a $220 consultation fee that can be fully applied to your travel when you book through Chasing ADVNTR.

Special Curation: Do you have a travel request not listed above. Contact us and we can set up a travel curation that will fit your needs.
