The Marginal Way is one of Maine’s most iconic coastal walks, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from a beautifully maintained, paved path that winds just over a mile along the rocky shoreline of Ogunquit. This seaside stroll connects Perkins Cove, a charming working harbor filled with shops and restaurants, to Ogunquit Beach and the main village.
Along the route, you’ll find benches perfectly placed for ocean gazing, crashing waves, and maybe even a seal or two.
