What to Expect at Parque Aventura San Martin
Parque Aventura San Martin is just a few minutes from the town of Banos and includes several adventure elements. You can choose from several different circuits routes that can include:
- 850 meter Zipline
- 90 meter Tibetian Bridge
- 90 meter via Ferrata
- 120 meter Rappel
- 70 meter Inclined Staircase
- 350 meter Zipline
The entire park is designed so that elements move from one to another making it an easy and fun circuit. At the start and end of each of the different elements is a staff member that gives you instructions and connects you to the safety equipment for the next element. We felt very safe during our visit and all the large elements (like the big zip line) had back up safety measures.
Several of the sections, like the via ferrata include equipment that has to be managed on your own. You will be wearing a harness and lanyards and will need to clip your lanyards to the safety wire as you go along. We’ve done via ferrata before (like in the Dolomites) so were prepared for this and our 11 year old did great.
There are currently 3 different circuits to choose from and each circuit offers it’s own fun challenges. Below you can see each of the circuit and you can click on the link to book your circuit in advance to insure you have a spot.

Planning Your Visit to Parque Aventura San Martin
How to Get to Parque Aventura San Martin
San Martin Adventure Park is located just a few minutes east of the town of Banos. The easiest way to get to the park is by taxi which costs just a few USD each way and takes less than 10 minutes. It is possible to walk to the park although you will be on major road and it’s not a pleasant walk. There is also a small tourist train that runs between the park and town. This is how we got back to town from Parque Aventura San Martin.
The park is located right near the ANIMALPARK PARQUE TEMÁTICO, so you can plan to visit both sites on a single visit.
Cost to Visit Parque Aventura San Martin
The cost for each circuit is between $20-$25 and includes the harness, helmet, and everything you need. In addition, you can pay extra to get the photos the staff take along the way. These photos actually turned out great and were much easier than taking our phone or camera with us.
Best way to Book your San Martin Adventure Park Tour
You can simply drive to the Adventure park and purchase your circuit there, or book in advance online. If you are visiting during a busy time, purchasing your visit in advance online makes sense as the park can get very crowded.
